It absolutely is. The video modules are not that long and should not take up too much time for you to review and learn from. You take this course on your own time. But major stress and bad timing scheduling habits don’t form overnight, and one week should build on the next so as to not cause overwhelm. We are creating new habits and new ways of thinking and planning. Plus, you will have access to me and others in your community for support in the private Facebook group!
You should feel motivated and ready to make change within the first week! Module 1 is designed to set you up for success and guide you towards confidence and the ability to make changes. Everyone is different, but if you commit to the program week-to-week, you should feel significant changes soon. Plus, with the additional journal prompts and affirmation practices, you are being set up for change!
